AGE LIMIT

A child must meet the following age limits at time of admission

  • Nursery- 2.5 Years at the time of Registration
  • K.G – 4-5 Years at the time of Registration
  • Class 1st – 5 + Years at the time of Registration
    •     ( One year to be added further per class )
















DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

  • A copy of birth certificate of the student seeking admission
  • Copy of Adhaar card of student
  • Copy of the Adhaar card of the both parents.
  • In case of transfer from other school
  •        i. Latest mark sheet issued by last school
  •       ii. Transfer certificate from the last school
  •       iii. With drawn certificate from the E-Punjab.
    •
  • Medical certificate on the prescribed Performa.
  • Visitors photograph
  • Two latest photographs of student
  • Bank Account No.
  • Category certificate for all other than General category.
        Admission will be on the basis of merit and number of seats available. Decision of admission is solely right of the Principal and her decision will be final for admission.








ADMISSION TEST

Test and interview for the admission will be conducted in the school premises as per information. Test are held in English , Math and Punjabi for which syllabus - outlines for each classes is given at the time of registration .The children are then be interviewed . The idea of test and interview is to test the ability of the child to comprehend teaching in English medium and his Mathematical ability at the level to which admission is sought. If the candidate does not appear for the test or is denied admission after the test, he/she forfeit the registration fees. In all matters regarding admission, the decision of the Management and Principal is final.

        Admission will be on he basis of merit and the number of seats available












WITHDRAWL NOTICE / PROCEDURE

a)Notice for withdrawal of child/children must be reached to the principal office three month earlier.

b)By the school authorities on any of the following grounds:

  • Overage age in any class.
  • Truancy
  • Character disorder
  • Consistent weakness in studies
  • Disobedience to school rules and regulations
  • Students who get married
  • Moral breach considered serious by the school management
  • Failing to deposit the fee in time













FEES STRUCTURE

The school is constrain to revise the fee structure annually to meet the rise in expenditure up to 10%.

Admission fee must be paid during the time of admission Tuition fee is paid quarterly in advance for every quarter as detailed below:
